CKCU radio (93.1) has a Saturday afternoon show entitled The Back 40, hosted by Ron Moores. Ron has a band called the Back 40. And now there is a CKCU fund raising evening here at Rasputin's Folk Cafe. It begins with a set from Ron's Back 40 Band. It continues with a set from a monthly featured act. In the past we have had Gail Gavan, Mike O'Reilly, and some of the neatest youngsters to enter into the world of Old Time, Old Country, and Bluegrass. This is then followed by bands and soloists who have signed up.
